Refunds

Our EnviroBlock™ Everyday Face Mist is protected by the Pacagen Guarantee, which provides you with a 60 day refund period. Use up the whole bottle, take notes on how it works for you, and if you're not satisfied with how your symptoms are progressing, you can request a refund. If you're approved for the refund, our team will notify you, and you'll receive a full refund of the product cost (minus any shipping costs you may have paid). You can expect to receive this refund on your original payment method within 3-5 days of approval.

To be eligible for a refund outside of the Pacagen Guarantee, your item must be defective upon receipt, so please check your item carefully once you receive it. To start a refund, you can contact us at support@pacagen.com.
